          - If you are entering as a "Professional" or "Amateur"

          - Which category(ies) you would like to compete in

Please ensure all information is completed in full. Once your email is received, you will be sent an official registration form that will serve as your official commitment and agreement to abide by all the rules of Grilled Cheese Shanghai. Please return that form promptly. If registration is full, you will be placed on the waitlist until further notice.

​*** Please be aware that registration is 150RMB per team. Registered competitors may compete in as many categories as they like (out of 3). Each team is required to prepare attendee samples in addition to the competition sandwiches. Competitors are not permitted to judge in the categories they are competing in.
